I received a superior room, it had comfortable bedding! my room also featured many power points. Laptop chargers fit without issue. the location is great, lots of dining places surround it.
The pool requires one to go to the chuan spa first. Backtracking for towels is slightly annoying.

the hotel has a fantastic location near many shops. my room had fine city view and a comfortable bed. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the attentive service .
the gym was a little small, i feel.

The hotel location is near the river. Many very good restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast. lunch, and dinner.
The buffet dinner was overpriced. It was very busy with long wait times. Roast lamb and beef were inedible due to too much fat.
